A GREAT FIND

Yesterday I went looking for an old recipe that Mom used to make. I pulled out the notebook that Mom kept her loose recipes. It was empty, but when I went to put it back on the shelf I found a coverless notebook (like the old theme books that had the hard black and white covers). It was full of recipes, all hand written. I'm pretty sure it belonged to Grandma Walker. The pages are loose and falling out at a high rate, and the ink is fading. I plan to put the pages in acid free sheet protectors in a loose leaf binder, to preserve them.

OH and the Bonus, I found the recipe I was looking for.

PICTURES-- AFTER THE EASTER EGG HUNT

Every year after the Easter Egg Hunt we take a group picture of all the kids that were there. Tom's family had to leave before the official picture was taken, so we did on just for his kids.
Back: Hunter and Leanne, Front: Jacob, Kenedy and Jordyn
The cousins that attended the party.
This was Abel's 1st family party.
He patiently sat in the Easter basket to have his picture taken.
But even for our tiniest bunny, patience has its limits.
Kendell brought a remote control toy.
After things wound down, we sat and visited for a while longer.
