NEW AMI CRITTER

A couple of weeks ago I read an article about doing Amis in thread. It sounded interesting, so I decided to try. This is my 1st one, he is little and cute. They will get better with practice. It was  my 1st time trying safety eyes, which is an item not carried, or even heard of in any of the Phoenix crafts stores. After a trip to Hobby Lobby, who sent me to Michael's & Joann's, and a trip to Goodyear where Michael's told me to check with Hobby Lobby, I went home and found them on Etsy's 6060shop.
I had forgotten how much I like working with thread. I will be trying more of these and other critters in the future.
