16 oz pasta (We use Gluten Free Rice Noodles)
16 oz Italian Dressing
2 Cucumbers, chopped
6 Tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch Green Onions. chopped
4 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
Boil Pasta 8-12 Minutes.
In a large bowl toss cooked pasta with the Italian Dressing, cucumbers, tomatoes & onions.
In a small bowl, mix Parmesan Cheese & Italian Seasoning. Gently mix into the salad,
Cover Refrigerate.

Does someone in your family have siliac disease?
Looks yummy--never tried gluten free before; does it have a different taste?
Hilari, My Dad has Celiac's Disease. Leanne and I are learning slowly to cook gluten free. A year ago, I had never heard of gluten.
Jenny, Gluten Free really doesn't taste much different, I guess it would depend on what it was. I know the pasta is good and cake, brownie & Muffin mixes are wonderful. I would have to give up sandwiches if I had to eat the bread.
